Welcome to a high-vibe, soul-led mastermind for ambitious women entrepreneurs and visionaries in the beginning stages or refresh-stage of their business. Led by Colleen Flaherty and JoAnne Schaub, each week focuses on specific topics with hot seat time for every woman. We all have something to learn and teach each other at every stage of business ownership.

Meet Your Leaders

JoAnne Schaub

One of JoAnne's biggest passions is intentional manifesting. We are all manifesting our reality but those that practice conscious manifestation have an upper hand in the reality they experience.
 
Since learning of the Law of Attraction in early 2000's, JoAnne has devoted her energy into the how's of intentional manifesting. In late 2009, JoAnne became a Certified Mindset Coach and that was when the principles of manifesting began to really come together. She soon manifested a 2-year traveling journey including a month in Australia and 2 US cross-country treks. Then earned an all-expense paid, 4-week cross country trip where she was made to feel like a celebrity. And then her next big manifestation was birthing her two children in the months she chose (July) and setting herself to be a stay-at-home mom and eventually a homeschool mom. 
 
JoAnne learned that one of the keys to manifesting a desire is to release any subconscious beliefs that hold oneself back. She became skilled in practicing the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping), which has a way of reducing the emotional attachment to beliefs. When you release that attachment you are then free to create a new, supportive belief that moves you in the direction of your desires. 
 
JoAnne has relaunched her coaching business after a few years of dedicated motherhood. She is passionate about working with women in becoming her next level, most authentic, most expressed, passionate self! 
 
In this Soulful Strategy Collective, JoAnne will be a resource for you to breakthrough to your next level! And there's always a next level when you are tuned in to your inner callings, deep desires and biggest dreams! Your Creator has gifted you with ideas and desires; all you have to do is believe it's possible for yourself and move in that direction!

 

Colleen Flaherty

Colleen has been a Visionary her entire life; from questioning her 1st grade teacher's way of doing things to becoming a soccer coach at 16 to rallying for better mental, emotional, and physical health services and support for pregnant women and moms.

- 2013: Opened and ran Baby Bump Academy in Rochester, NY

- 2015: Co-authored a 10 hour training course on Pregnancy and Postpartum Strength Training, got it CEU approved for NSCA and CrossFit, then successfully taught it to movement professionals in Bali, Hong Kong, Amsterdam, Spain, and in the U.S. in NY, Long Island, PA, OH, and CA.

- 2019: Opened CO/CREATE Studio in San Diego, CA

- For over a decade, Colleen has built 1000's of relationships with clients and business owners creating a reliable network of community around the globe.

What Colleen brings to this table is her seasoned ability to look at complicated puzzles of information, understand or help formulate a solution, then help set in motion the steps necessary to be successful. She's owned a business since 2014 and brings these experiences to members. She absolutely loves helping others identify roadblocks, challenges, or mindsets that are holding them back. Called, "the reason I started my business" to "an incredible cheerleader", Colleen truly believes that all boats rise together.
